

Are your products genuine?
All of our products are 100 percent genuine, fully packaged and as you would find them in the high street.
How do I pay?
You can pay either online or over the phone. We accept payment in GBP (£) only and soon will be able to Accept $ & EURO.
For payments made in GBP we accept; Visa, Maestro, and Visa Electron, MasterCard.
For all other payments we accept; Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and MasterCard. We do not accept payment via PAYPAL. Please do not send CASH or Cheques to us.
What about VAT/sales taxes and duties?
Orders delivered outside the UK maybe subject to import and/or sales taxes. We cannot pay these duties for you and your order may be subject to delay. We prepay VAT on all orders sent to a UK delivery address.
What about P&P?
All postage and packing charges are clearly indicated on the bills and are shown prior to you purchasing goods. The rates vary depending on weight of the items. The larger items may cost more but we ensure delivery charges are calculated to provide you with the benefit due to the volumes we dispatch.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally dispatched within once payment confirmation received at our end. The majority of orders are received within 3-4 working days. However, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the standard postal service please allow up to 8 working days for delivery to the UK, 14 working days for orders within Western Europe and 20 for orders throughout the rest of the world.
What is your returns policy?
All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 days money back guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you for the product. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged. Also note we will charge £1.50 refund fee due to admin charges.
Do you ever run out of popular product lines?
Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of the order. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock please contact us with the product details.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order after 8 working days since dispatch (14 days for Western Europe) please initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel, and then if they do not have it please contact us and we will take further action.
Are you a Wholesaler?
Perfumevogue.com is an online retailer which is set up to sell directly to Customers. The wholesale orders can be placed directly with us via phone.
How can I get information on special offers and voucher codes?
You can be kept up to date with our special offers and any voucher codes that we may be running by opting into receiving our e-newsletter and emails. Subscribe to our newsletters for maximum benefit.
Do I have to register to make an order?
As an internet company, we do request that you register with us and place your orders online. However, we appreciate not all of our customers have email addresses set up (Required for registration), and as such we do facilitate telephone orders up to the value of £50.00. Please contact us for further information.
How do I know your website is secure?
Security measures for ourselves as well our customers is extremely important to us, our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers. For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Barclay’s ePDQ which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details.
Can you take me off your mailing list?
If you no longer wish to be kept up to date with our special offers and any voucher codes, you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by logging into your account page and selecting Contact Details & Billing Address under My Details. At the bottom of your details is an option for you to be included or excluded from any correspondence.
